OwnHealth & Wellness is committed to guide, empower, encourage, and teach you to take control of your health. Through education and encouragement, we will walk with you to discover your OwnLifestyle. We believe in cellular healing through targeted nutrition, diet, movement, mindfulness, detoxification, and hydration. When the body is unburdened and nutrition is balanced, you have a foundation for optimal health and wellness.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact OwnHealth and Wellness at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If your appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment.
