Start your day with a quick, easy to digest, and nutrient dense smoothie to set you up for success.
OwnSmoothie Recipe
16-20 ounces of filtered water
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
1 scoop fruit + veggie blend (optional)
1/2 - 1 cup frozen berries
1 handful fresh greens of choice (optional)
1 Tbsp healthy fat (avocado, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut cream, flax seeds)

* In the winter months you may add ginger root to bring heat to the digestive system.
Blend until smooth.
Sip & enjoy!

* If you do not like a cold smoothie, allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, then enjoy.
