How To Get Better Sleep

OwnSleep Tips

1. Stop eating 2-3 hours before bed (Minimum 12 hour overnight fast 7pm-7am)

2. Make your room pitch black 

3. Wake up with a wake light

4. Keep your room between 65-68 degrees 

5. Use a sound machine to eliminate outside noises

6. Shut down all electronics 30 minutes before bed

7. Dim household lights 1-2 hours before bed

8. Do relaxing activities before bed (meditation, bedtime routine)

9. Breathable sheets and covers (Bamboo sheets / hypoallergenic)
